Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey on the carrier’s website.

What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. Unfortunately, COKER STUDIO cannot be held liable for these incidents.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, email me at hey@coker.studio as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been processed

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.

What is your return policy?

Pre-order items: Refunds are issued as store credit only.

Exchanges: Exchanges are based on size availability. If your size is unavailable, you may need to wait for the next production batch.
