Shipping Information
Posters
- Posters are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Pre-Made Items
- Order Processing & Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Current Pre-Made Items in Shop: Basketball & Palette Jacket
Pre-Order Items
- Processing Time: Pre-ordered items are custom-made and require 4-6 weeks to process before shipping.
- Current Pre-Order Items: FOR THE LOVERS Jacket
- Agreement: By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the specified wait time for delivery.
- Updates: For regular progress updates and drops, follow us on Instagram at @COKERSTUDIO.
Important Shipping Notes
- Double-check your shipping address when placing an order. COKER STUDIO is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.
International Orders
- Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs office.
- Unpaid Fees: Orders will not be refunded due to unpaid customs fees.

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier using the tracking information provided. Unfortunately, COKER STUDIO cannot be held liable for these incidents.
3. Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, email us at support@cokerstudio.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to assist you, but we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may apply.
5. What is your return policy?
We do not currently accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us at hello@cokerstudio.com with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll work to resolve it promptly.
