Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With original tags and packaging attached
Requests submitted after the 14-day window may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We offer free shipping for your first exchange.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping label when sending the item back to us.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item at no additional shipping cost for the first exchange.
Size Availability
Exchanges are subject to size availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, you may:
- Wait for the next production batch, or
- Receive store credit.
Second Exchange
If a second exchange is requested, the customer will be responsible for:
- The return shipping label, and
- The shipping cost of the replacement item.
Returns (Store Credit Only)
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that refunds are issued as store credit only.
Because many Coker Studio pieces are produced in limited quantities or special edition drops, we are unable to process refunds back to the original payment method. Store credit allows us to keep our limited releases fair and ensures items can continue to circulate within the community.
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued for the value of the item.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping label.
- Store credit can be used towards any future purchase on Coker Studio.

Simply enter your order number and the email address used at checkout, and follow the steps to submit your request.
Once submitted, our team will review your request and provide the next instructions.
